Business Year 2024 – Results and Development
Clearvise AG achieved a consolidated revenue of 36.1 million euros in 2024 and recorded an adjusted EBITDA of 23.0 million euros. These results are at the upper end of the company’s forecast, despite a decline compared to the previous year, due to the sale of Finnish wind farms and decreasing electricity prices.
The electricity production amounted to 441 gigawatt-hours (GWh), with an increase in the share of PV to 34% and 66% wind energy. The company aims to balance production from wind and solar energy.
By acquiring new wind and PV parks, Clearvise was able to expand its portfolio and has entered the Italian market with its clearPARTNERS initiative.
Outlook for Business Year 2025
For 2025, Clearvise expects revenue to increase to between 43.3 and 45.5 million euros and an adjusted EBITDA between 27.1 and 29.2 million euros. New projects such as the French PV park Chassiecq and the German wind farm Weilrod II are expected to contribute to expansion.
Dividend Payment
